How It Works

A simple, step-by-step guide to our screening process

1

Complete the Screening

Answer questions about your age, work status, medical condition, and how your condition affects your daily activities. The screening takes about 5-10 minutes and is completely free.

What we ask: Your contact information, age range, work status, monthly earnings, medical condition, condition duration, functional impact, and medical records history.

2

Get Your Results

We calculate your lead score (0-100) and assign a tier based on how your answers compare to SSA disability criteria. Your results are displayed immediately.

Your score tells you:

  • High (75-100): You may meet several key screening criteria
  • Medium (50-74): You may meet some screening criteria
  • Low (25-49): You may meet limited screening criteria
  • Insufficient (0-24): You may not meet common SSA criteria
3

Connect with a Representative

If your screening suggests you may qualify and you've consented to contact, a disability attorney or representative from our network will reach out to you within 24 hours to discuss your situation and next steps.

What happens next: The representative will answer your questions, explain the disability benefits process, and discuss whether working together makes sense for your situation.

4

Get Professional Help

If you decide to work with a representative, they'll help you gather medical evidence, prepare your application, and represent you throughout the disability benefits process.

How attorneys are paid: Most disability attorneys work on a contingency fee basis, meaning they only get paid if you win your case. The fee is typically 25% of your back pay, up to a maximum set by the SSA.
