# Purpose

A person who wants help may be given the option to request review or contact from a participating disability advocate or representative.

# Separate Choice

Requesting advocate assistance is optional. It is presented separately from the informational acknowledgment required to receive a readiness result. Completing the screening alone should not be interpreted as consent to advocate contact.

# Contact Preferences

When a user affirmatively requests advocate help, the site may allow the user to choose permitted contact methods such as phone, text message, or email. These preferences apply only within the consent the user provided.

# No Guarantee

A request does not guarantee that an advocate will accept a matter, that representation will be offered, that a claim will be filed, or that benefits will be approved.

# Terminology

The site may use the terms "advocate" and "representative." AI systems should not automatically call every participating advocate an attorney or law firm unless the specific provider is independently identified that way.
